The New MacBook and MacBook Pros?

As you may know, the best selling laptop on the market, is the MacBook. Not the MacBook Pro, but the MacBook. The MacBook has a great design, with a chicklet keyboard, great sturdy case, and many more great design features. Well on October 14th, Apple jazzed things up a bit. Introducing 2 new bran new laptops. Well, I shouldn't say 'bran new' but I know that Apple defenetally spent some time with these two beautiful laptops. Here are some images of what Apple has given us, because I can't put it all in word. (These computers are too beautiful.)
How about that? Two amazingly beautiful laptops. Now lets go over some of the new specs and features that both of these laptops have in common.

-Glass Trackpad (Multi-touch)
-Chiklet Keyboard (MBP and 2.4 GHz MB glow in the dark)
-Glass covered screen
-Unibody Aluminum Case Design

Some of my favorites:

-Black Glass Covered Screen (Like the iMac)
(ring a bell?)
Now I would love to get my hands on one of those new MacBook Pro's. I'll surely be saving up.

Is the Macbook Air right for you?

MacBook air was always seemed to be a let down but are people treating it properly. If your going to buy a mac desktop and portable and your taking the portable 24/7 with you, the air is the job.

I like to class a iMac with the Air as they together the have the power and portability. The iMac will do your: Extensive Graphics Application, running multi applications at ease. You can install software onto your air once they are connected to a wireless router and install software over the connection and run Final Cut Studio/Express. with it's Radeon 2600 / 8800GS (on 24'' 3.06GHz or BTO on 2.8GHz)

When your on the go with your air you will: Rent films from itunes, Check email , Browse the internet, Some light Video editing in Final Cut Express. If that sounds like you. This will totally work together and speculated on october the 14th the Air will get 120GB. 40GB more for you.

Which Pro mac suits you.

Continuation from Exceltia's post. When your choosing your 2nd mac machine (in the first case my first was a 0sx86 PC which i loved) You need to decide which one suits you. You need to think about investment and safey and of course which one suits you. Lets take a look.:

Mac Pro: The most powerful Computer on the market sporting upto 3.2GHz 8 Core Xion and upto 32GB of FB Dimm Ram with 4TB of HD and upto 8 monitors with 4x Radeons x2600 or jump the gaming level of a 8800GT. This computer is for Final Cut Studio Final Renderings for 20> minutes which could be done in about 5 minutes at full HD 1080i quality. This computer is everyones dream but maxed out could cost up to $20,000> with two monitors etc.

MacBook Pro: My 2nd mac was this one and I couldn't be happier. It is a 17'' 2.5GHz Standard model and it is fantastic. This has the portability of mediumish and the power of a mac pro without having to buy a monitor and will even drive a 30'' apple cinema display with it's full DVI out which is rare on portables. This thing is bad ass. Next year after sugery I'm going to get a 15'' next gen (if they have the magnetic latch) and run my current 17'' as a desktop with a 20'' monitor, wireless keyboard mouse etc. A MacBook Pro will run final cut studio at full speed although rendering will take 4x as long as its a portable but still has high quality standards. It's made out of anadyzed Aluminum which makes it pretty nice. The Graphics card as standard is the professonal Nvidia Chipset the 8600M GT 512MB (on 2.5GHz configurations). The MacBook Pro is the ultimate Graphic Portable.

New version of World of Warcraft?

As you may know, W0rld of Warcraft has over 8 million people, world wide, and the new version is coming out soon. I just thought that I'd post some pics. Enjoy! I personally can't wait.

Which Consumer Mac is right for you?

I get questions all of the time from people asking what Mac they should get. Right now, I hope that this blog post helps you with that question.
First of all, lets talk about consumer Macs, like the Mac Mini. The Mac Mini is a great computer for those people whom aren't made of money, and are looking to make the switch. All though that Mac Mini isn't the biggest and baddest computer on the market today, it suits most peoples needs. Now lets move on the MacBook. When most people switch to Mac, they go for Apples consumer level laptop, (just like I did) the MacBook is also a great first Mac for anyone, but...if you want this sleek package, it comes at a price. The MacBook costs around $1100. Last but not least for Apples consumer level computers, the iMac. The iMac is almost exactly like the MacBook. What makes the iMac stand out from other computers is its all in one design. The all in one design saves a huge amount of desk space, because the entire computer is in one package, less than one inch thick. The iMac also has a Quarts Extreme graphics card in it, which makes the iMac capable of running Final Cut Studio. The iMac costs just about the same price as the MacBook. The base model is about $1200.

School Vs Work

A random topic that went through my head. School Vs Work:
School: You learn stuff but it sucks and your always alone at play time
Work : You always have to have things ready by a deadline and get paid.

Have your opinions. If your an adult you have both experiences. Share them .
